I just realized: my children have never seen the Yankees win the World Series. I have not seen it since 1999 (we were married in Oct. 2000 and in Europe for the ALCS and World Series).
Makes me think: those of us who are Gen X never saw a real market decline until 2001. This decline (and then the past one) have impacted the Millenial Generation in ways that we probably will not truly understand for decades. And that opens up an interesting discussion that I’d love to get feed back on: how has it effected you?
So speak up Millenials, give me some input: what has the turbulence in the financial markets meant to you over the past few years? Share your thoughts and emotions and experiences, give us your insight please!
